Refund and Return Policy – Gaugram Dham

At Gaugram Dham, we are deeply committed to transparency and trust with all our supporters, donors, and well-wishers. As a service-oriented organization devoted to cow protection, organic living, and humanitarian efforts, most of our financial support is received through donations, sponsorships, and voluntary contributions.

1. Donations & Sponsorships

• Donations made toward any seva, including “Adopt a Cow”, “Feed Mother Cow”, “Medical Emergency Support”, or “Food for the Underprivileged”, are non-refundable.

• These contributions are used immediately or scheduled for ongoing care and support of the cows or beneficiaries, hence cannot be reversed or returned.

2. Cow-Based Product Purchases (if applicable)

If in the future any cow-based products (e.g., ghee, panchagavya, organic fertilizers) are purchased through our platform, we will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during delivery or has quality issues.

• A request must be raised within 3 days of delivery via email to info@gaugramdham.com with clear images and details.

3. Event Registrations

For event bookings or spiritual activities, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of administrative charges.

4. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved under any exceptional case, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
